Coconut Flour (500g)
Coconut Flour is a very popular flour for low carb, banting and gluten-free baking. It is low in carbohydrates and very high in fibre. You can use it for baking low carb breads, biscuits, pancakes, muffins and can even be used to make “breaded” chicken! Just be sure to use more liquid and a reduced amount of this flour when substituting it for normal flour in recipes. This is because coconut flour soaks up a lot more liquid because of its high fibre content.
