Roasted Almond Butter (260g)
Nut butters are very versatile, you can slather it on low carb bread, on crackers, on breakfast crumpets, or on pieces of apple, you can use it as a sauce in stir-fry, add it to your smoothie… plus plus plus. Personally, I love a big tablespoon of this almond butter when my energy is low. It gives me the vooma that I need, along with some added protein and nutrients.
