Low Carb Love actually doesn’t follow the technique of ratios. Tim Noakes and The Real Meal Revolution team actually say that you don’t need to make things complicated when following a Banting lifestyle. All you need to focus on is eating mostly from the green list, make sure you get enough healthy fats to keep you full and listen to your body. Don’t eat when you’re full, only when you’re hungry. What you can track is the amount of carbohydrates (or net carbs) that you eat on a daily basis. That is why we have added that information into our downloadable list which you can find here.
