This Low Carb Pizza Base Pre-Mix makes 2 large pizza bases – but the great thing about it is it’s very filling. So just one (probably large) slice is enough for a hungry lady and maybe two for a hungry man!
After baking the low carb pizza bases I normally spread a thin layer of tomato paste on top, then add my toppings, and then add grated mozzarella and/or cheddar cheese very generously on top. I like it cheesy!
