I am not sure how I lived without this baking paper in the past! It is now an essential item in our kitchen. Anything that you bake using this baking paper just glides off of it when you take it out the oven – no more scraping and coaxing to make sure the bottom layer of your biscuits remain intact. I now use it to line my bread or brownie tins, and will even place a layer down for roast veggies. It soaks up any excess grease and leaves your pans and baking dishes super-easy to clean. I also recommend the use of this baking paper when rolling out your pizza base to get it extra thin and crispy without sticking! Love it!
